1st day of work. well, not really. more of job training. *shrugs* but who am i to argue? my payroll has started cracking up and all's well with the world. leo's getting a lil on my nerves, coz he's smearing his uncountable thoughts onto everyone. getting more difficult to shrug him off... but damn, if it truly isn't his day today. he sure stinked up the office with his dog-poo laden shoes. *peeeuuuw!* the downsides of enclosed, air-conditioning has never presented itself more clearly than this incident.


saufi, junjie & i caught 'Kingdom of Heaven' today after 'work'. Terrific show aside from the butt-aching, fatigue-eyed squinting...yeah. it's awe-inspiring. & frightening to see how readily humans were & are, to indulge and immerse themselves in bloodshed in a supposed war of religion. but in truth, it is all about the fight for wealth, land and glory. even till now, we do not repent. are we doomed to carry on the mistakes of our past ancestors? we speak of truth, love, harmony. but not every heart sings to that melodious tune.

On a note aside, what have u gotten for your Mom's for mothers' day? my sis, bro & i had a durian cake (she loves durian) and a bouquet of sunflowers delivered to her office. truly hope she enjoyes it.. and know that all these cannot even represent 1% of the love we have for the most amazing lady I have ever known.
