A-nie-ya-se-yo!

how easy it is to say hi and sashay in like a summer's breeze, all happy and cheery as if everything is right as rain. Well, technically, it is. I'm having fun, as the days pass.
Had a test and an essay coursework this week. And it was hellish. Absolutely bad.. don't know how i'm gonna score a 2-1.. but it's definitely not gonna be easy.

aside from that, how've you guys been? I've been so busy, hardly ever on msn.. checkin' my mails occasionally, and drifted past facebook & friendster once in awhile. Babe, I promise, i'll reply you really soon. gome-ne... for taking so long. and to my dearest buddies.. weida, jack and the rest. will touch base with ya'll soon. And ter, if u're reading.. hope i get to catch u on msn soon! all the best with your job hunt. and to my dearest family (sis, mum), hope everything's going great. wish you good health and may everyday glide but happily and smoothly.

anyway. Oh yes! i just experienced tHE most interesting shopping trip to tescos (supermarket) recently.. on saturday? yeah, as you guys know, it's nearing the end of october--GUY FAWKES NIGHT! and everyone around has been lighting up fireworks. just last saturday--i swear, you'll NEVER get an experience like this in singapore-- i took a break from studying and walked to tescos at about 9pm, as they close at 10. and when i stepped out of the store.. *wiiiiish--bang!' . and a brilliant firework just exploded in that clear night sky right infront. absolutely gorgeous, and a fantastic surprise although it is definitely not intended for me. BUt the timing couldn't have been more perfect (: so i walked back and enjoyed the stochastic night breeze, met jae su & rachel out on a late-night-last-min-shopping trip to tescos and when i was back at the campus, i walked past the counselling rooms at surrey court area behind a group of guys. One of them was particularly tipsy after watching the rugby match against s. africa.. when he juz suddenly bashed his fist right through the ground floor window. mad i tell ya. off his blooming mind. of coz, i was shocked and thankful i was about a metre away, so the glass didn't touch me. and then the alarm just went off, with him taking off right after the first siren. *laughs* -- what a trip.

*nods* so how's your week been? it's week 8 already.. goodness, time really zips by so fast! and I just want to declare that i'm 21!!! before it's too late. here, pple or forms are always asking about the age this year.. so i'm been declaring 22 for forever.. and i've just missed out on 21. so.. here it is-- i'm 21!!!! hahaa.. jeez. i'm old. just celebrated a flatmate's friend's 21st birthday. (: from pakistan. there was pizza, drinks, alcohol and cake, coupled with good music and stereo system. Was really fun, til the warden came in. well, but even after the music cleared out, we still hung ard and chatted---simon, daniel, rachel, jae su and me. it was truly a fun night hanging ard with them. (: enjoyed it tremendously. Although i missed the outing with the rest last night at the club --Disney night-- i stayed indoors with rachel, the only 2 of us left indoors, we had a great chat which i really enjoyed.

So yup, it's a great weekend, and time to start mugging again. Oh yeah, and preparing for HaLllooooOOoween! bring out the costumes and decorations maan! *giggles*

oh yes. btw, juz in case u guys missed my post last year about the GMT and day-light saving time, we've just shifted back by an hour. So prev, during summer and autumn, we were just 7 hours behind singapore time, now, we're 8. so there, that's about it folks. One of life's little joys: Digging my stubby & short fingers into the pile of lavender buds, grab a handful and put my face near my hands--- as I first listen to the dry rustle of the little buds tinkle as they trickle back into the pile; and inhale Eau de Naturale-Essence of Lavender.

Haven't been blogging again, but that is somehow evolving into a common practice for the past few months. Haven't done much lately, 2 weeks ago, I went to Auntie Soe Loe's house in Langely to stay~ Was my 2nd time spending a weekend there, really enjoyed myself again. (: Had fantastic indian food too :D
Went to 'Petworth House', one of the houses under the National Trust, which is open to the public for a fee. (basically, they are maintained by the organisation, coz they're really huge estates with tons of antiques, which are often too expensive for the current generation to cope with)

Also went back with a huge bag of stalks of lavender. mMmmm.. my room smells so good! Gave some away to my classmate --Vicky too, when she came over for a meal with Jeffrey.

Well, it's October now. Dad's bday was over, whole family went to eat good food-crabs, satay and all. Mum's bday too, but Jackson centre was unfortunately closed for renovations :X

Oh, and UK SingSoc Surrey had a bbq too, by the lake. Was fantastic, a tad too cold a success.

Anyhow, gonna be kept busy for quite awhile, what with the courseworks and stuff. *sigh*

Oh, and a side update: I'm officially at least 2kg heavier then when I left Singapore.


What An Absolute Horror!
