One of life's little joys: Digging my stubby & short fingers into the pile of lavender buds, grab a handful and put my face near my hands--- as I first listen to the dry rustle of the little buds tinkle as they trickle back into the pile; and inhale Eau de Naturale-Essence of Lavender.
Haven't been blogging again, but that is somehow evolving into a common practice for the past few months. Haven't done much lately, 2 weeks ago, I went to Auntie Soe Loe's house in Langely to stay~ Was my 2nd time spending a weekend there, really enjoyed myself again. (: Had fantastic indian food too :D
Went to 'Petworth House', one of the houses under the National Trust, which is open to the public for a fee. (basically, they are maintained by the organisation, coz they're really huge estates with tons of antiques, which are often too expensive for the current generation to cope with)
Also went back with a huge bag of stalks of lavender. mMmmm.. my room smells so good! Gave some away to my classmate --Vicky too, when she came over for a meal with Jeffrey.
Well, it's October now. Dad's bday was over, whole family went to eat good food-crabs, satay and all. Mum's bday too, but Jackson centre was unfortunately closed for renovations :X
Oh, and UK SingSoc Surrey had a bbq too, by the lake. Was fantastic, a tad too cold a success.
Anyhow, gonna be kept busy for quite awhile, what with the courseworks and stuff. *sigh*
Oh, and a side update: I'm officially at least 2kg heavier then when I left Singapore.
